Jessica graduated from Trinity Western University (TWU) with a Human Kinetics degree and is now working as a Clinical exercise physiologist. While attending TWU She played varsity volleyball and in her final year became captain. She has taken her knowledge of the human body to the Live Well Exercise clinic. Where she has experienced the importance of exercise for individuals with chronic health conditions. Jessica’ passion is found in the special needs community and has become a local advocate for equality.
Jessica’s wholehearted belief is that mobility should be accessible for all. She is taking personal and professional initiatives to eliminate societal barriers for Canadians who may be struggling with physical, spiritual, or mental ailments. She has founded “The Accessible Movement” Which seeks to secure equal opportunities and equal rights for all people with disabilities globally. Jessica is currently partnering with Innovative fitness to offer drop in workshops for individuals with vision impairment in her community.
