Alexa Grant
Alexa is a high achiever and proficient in 5 instruments. Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Business, she has centered her professional background on her advocacy for sustainability. As an auditor for RecycleSmart, she works to strengthen zero waste goals in Canada. She is an ambassador for several organizations, a leader within local youth communities, and the founder of the youth-led organization, “Beyond Our Now”. Alexa is a woman of action hoping to bring about positive change for a sustainable future.
An advocate for sustainability, Alexa has founded the non-profit organization, “Beyond Our Now”, a youth-led initiative promoting environmental, social, and economic sustainability, while empowering youth and inspiring leadership. Through activities including tree planting, garbage cleanups, fundraisers and workshops, Alexa has encouraged volunteerism, community involvement, and awareness. She actively participates in and manages this organization, as she believes in leading by example to put her values into action.
